Reposed Angle Dumping Box Tester

Product Introduction: 

This product is optimized according to requirements in IMSBC, and adopts hydraulic power, active compression and passive decompression. It achieves better accuracy and repeatability comparing to the traditional testers by completely eradicated defects like instable speed caused by pneumatic drive and too large buffer caused by sample slipping down and pressure change.

Objectives:

Determine the repose angle of non-stick substances (maximum diameter of 10 mm)

Definition of repose angle:The angle between the top surface of the test box and the horizontal surface when the bulk cargoes inside the box just start to slide down.

Test Principles:The bulk cargo inside the box should have its surface flatten and level.  No vibration during tilting. Tilting should stop as long as the cargoes inside the box start to slide down.
